With over 20 years as an Executive Recruiter and owner of a recruiting firm, Chrystal built her carer on the principle that relationships matter. She approaches her business like a matchmaker, connecting clients with the right opportunity at the right time.

After years in Austin, Texas, she and her husband Roger were ready for a slower, coastal lifestyle so they relocated to Oriental where Roger had spent his childhood sailing. Chrystal has fallen in love with the community and its local charm.

After navigating FIVE personal real estate transactions, Chrystal saw firsthand the importance of having a good broker on your side. And she knew her experience in recruiting combined with her love of the local area made her a perfect fit.
